You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or spoiled product
  • The wrong item was delivered (e.g., incorrect product, quantity, or variant)
  • The item delivered was expired or not suitable for consumption upon arrival

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be replaced in their original packaging.
  • Perishable items must be reported immediately (preferably within 24 hours of delivery) for eligible return consideration.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored
  • Taste or personal preference issues
  • Items that are past the return window

2. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Products that were delivered spoiled or broken
  • Items that do not match the product description or order details

Exchanges will be provided based on product availability. If an exchange isn’t possible, we may offer a refund or store credit.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

  3. Our team will assist you with the return pickup or provide return shipping instructions, depending on your location.
